Christian Boltz	299953ab7b	.gitignore profiles/apparmor.d/local/* except README ... The old patter *.* doesn't match lsb_release and nvidia_modprobe, and the only file we ship in local is a README. This patch adjusts the pattern to ignore everything except README.
