d9ab83281b Add support for local additions to abstractions 
Local policy may want to extend or override abstractions, so add support for including local updates to them.

ce19fe7fde profiles: add mir abstraction 
As mir has come into use in Ubuntu touch and is available for testing on
Ubuntu desktop, confined apps need access to a few mir specific things.
This patch adds a mir abstraction.
