tests: fix make clean target 
Make the tests/stress 'make clean' target cope with the rename from
subdomain to apparmor.

19c6c3310b all: Use the MAKE variable 
https://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/html_node/MAKE-Variable.html

We should be using the $(MAKE) variable when calling the make command
from Makefiles since we use Makefile recursion.
