intrigeri 35f23a6da1 profile-load: use safer "read" construct 
In this case it does not matter, we're merely testing if we can actually
read from that file, but let's make this robust (and shellcheck happy)
for future's sake.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
