Christian Boltz 3ed80a9ed4 [34/38] logprof, mergeprof: cleanup superfluous rules when user adds a new rule 
When an user adds a new rule to a profile, cleanup / delete existing
rules that are covered by the new rule, and report the number of deleted
rules.

Known Bugs: Will allow multiple letters in the () due to translation/unicode issues with regexing the key. User input will probably bug out in a different locale.
