John Johansen 8762c1dcfb The upstream 2.6.36 version of apparmor doesn't support network rules. 
Add a flag to the parser controlling the output of network rules,
and warn per profile when network rules are not going to be enforced.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
