John Johansen 540aa94418 parser: fix build warning for assigning default cache location 
The compiler is spitting out the warning

parser_main.c:1291:16: warning: ISO C++ forbids converting a string constant to 'char*' [-Wwrite-strings]
    char *tmp = "/var/cache/apparmor";

fix this by constifying the cacheloc array.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
