Vincas Dargis cee9527fa8 ubuntu-email: allow running Thunderbird wrapper script
gio-launch-desktop helper tries to execute /usr/bin/thunderbird wrapper
script, not the /usr/lib/thunderbird... directly.

Add rule allowing to execute /usr/bin/thunderbird.
