Christian Boltz fa35aaa1c4 nscd profile: allow paranoia mode
In /etc/nscd.conf there is an option allowing to restart nscd after a
certain time. However, this requires reading /proc/self/cmdline -
otherwise nscd will disable paranoia mode.
