John Johansen 8043dda3f6 Merge Hardcode and check the expected libapparmor.so name/number 
... to prevent wrong/unexpected numbering (like
https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/-/issues/266) in future releases.

I propose this patch for master and 3.1.

Backporting to 3.0 and 2.x might also make sense, but of course needs a different .so number.
