John Johansen c5b17d85ea Merge regression tests: Add test to check for DAC permissions to the testsuite ... The regression test suite uses root with capabilities restricted in several tests. This can cause the test suite to fail in weird and confusing ways. Add a test to check for DAC permissiosns from / to the testsuite and abort running the tests with an error message if DAC permissions are going to cause the test suite to fail. Currently the test is pretty basic, but is better than nothing.
