27e347f3bb Add support for scripts in definitions 
Now we can run scripts in audit field, so all of the old files are no longer needed.

Tidy test 2.2.2 
Output was too long,
with apt-cache policy there is less output and we only take the line of contains Installed info and the one before (package name)

Remove duplicate test IDs 
There are two tests with the ID `4.1.9.a` and `4.1.9.b` in `cfg/1.1.0/definitions.yaml`. These tests are distinct, and should have unique IDs.

Update the file 
Update the file - fix tests such as 3.2.1.c ,1.1.2 and 1.5.1.a, and separate ubunut 16 from 18.
Because of the separation of ubuntu to ubuntu16 and ubuntu18, PR https://github.com/aquasecurity/linux-bench/pull/13 *must* be approved first or the system won't auto detect platform ubuntu16 or ubuntu18 as needed
