ui, ruleseditor: fixed translating username<->uid 
When selecting a user from the dropdown list, it should set the uid of
the user in the text line. But sometimes, the format "user (uid)" was
set (instead of just "uid").

4e87b1f8e4 use QLocalSocket and QLocalServer 
use QLocalSocket and QLocalServer instead of lockfile
This allows to open window of running instance
when user is trying to start new instance.
