* New ``$DOTGLOB`` environment variable enables globs to match
  "hidden" files which start with a literal ``.``. Set this
  variable to ``True`` to get this matching behavior.
  Cooresponding API changes have been made to
  ``xonsh.tools.globpath()`` and ``xonsh.tools.iglobpath()``
