David Strobach 5c2e5a3d8d vox: Restore vox functionality 
After the recent changes in environment defaults, the vox xontrib
could not "see" the virtual environments and work with them.

xontrib is an implicit namespace package. DO NOT add an __init__.py file
to this directory.

Feel free to add both *.xsh and *.py files to the directory, they will be
installed and available.
