### Before

```xsh
$XONSH_SHOW_TRACEBACK = False
$RAISE_SUBPROC_ERROR = True

ls nofile

# Traceback (most recent call last):

```

### After 

```xsh
$RAISE_SUBPROC_ERROR = False
$XONSH_SHOW_TRACEBACK = False
ls nofile
# ls: nofile: No such file or directory

$RAISE_SUBPROC_ERROR = True
$XONSH_SHOW_TRACEBACK = False
ls nofile
# ls: nofile: No such file or directory
# subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['ls', 'nofile']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

$RAISE_SUBPROC_ERROR = True
$XONSH_SHOW_TRACEBACK = True
